Description
Due to expansion our expanding Milton Keynes client is seeking to recruit two Fire Alarm Installation and maintenance Engineers.

These are key positions within an expanding team of Engineers that are focused on the continued customer relationship that the Group of companies the business has with their clients.

The roles are responsible for delivering, installing and servicing Fire Detection and Fighting equipment within the UK to existing customers, with the opportunity to generate new customers and up sell Maintenance contracts.

The role is field based and as such you will travel from home to your first site each day. The servicing and installation work are booked by the planning department.

Often you (Once trained) would attend site to service various disciplines with in the fire safety sector (Fire alarm, Fire Extinguishers and Emergency lights) making this role different from the usual service discipline.

Health & Fire Safety Industry.

The company is looking to recruit 2 installation and service engineers with experience in the Fire alarm industry.

These roles are ideally suited to career minded, ambitious individuals who are looking for that unique opportunity to prove what they can do and then be rewarded for it.

We will test your skills and capability to their limits, but this will enable you to grow as you keep learning and evolving with the job.

The job will give you some fantastic opportunities to work across different sectors, with a variety of people at all levels of seniority.

Responsibilities:
*Servicing and installation of Fire Alarms and associated components
*Attending Call outs when required
*Fault finding on Fire Alarms
*Servicing and installation of Fire Extinguishers (training provided)
*Servicing and installation of Emergency Lights (training provided)
*Upselling of maintenance agreements to existing clients
*Completing after service quotation specifications
*Completing Surveys when required

Required skills
*FIA Modules or equivalent in installing and Servicing of Fire Alarms
*BAFE, FIA, IFEDA, BSi, FETA certification in Fire Extinguisher servicing (Not essential)
*Electrical back ground
*Knowledge in British standards 5839, 5306 and 5266
*Experience on a range of Fire panels preferred but not essential.
