Description
Due to continued expansion our manufacturing client based in Kidlington is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and professional sales person into their team.

Ideally you will come from a technical or manufacturing sales/Account Management background, however having the right aptitude and attitude will be considered through the process.

This is a market leading company that are offering you an excellent career opportunity to join their developing business as a Technical Internal Sales Consultant. You will be working a varied job within a smaller team of likeminded individuals, actively progressing and closing in-bound opportunities.

This is not a new business development role and the normal 360-degrees to chase new customers and manage existing expectations. Instead, as a market leading business, the internal sales-based position will be reactive in quoting and closing sales queries and effectively account managing existing clients to their maximum potential. You will be successfully progressing enquiry/leads to a closed opportunity, liaising with the technical team to answer/resolve queries through the cradle to grave sales cycle.

Primarily this is a desk-based sales role, liaising with customers via phone and email, however you will attend sales meetings on-site and at client's premises. There are future opportunities to progress into either a field based or alternate pathway within the business should you desire this.

It is ideally essential that you have sales exposure, selling to business customers. However as previously mentioned - if you can demonstrate the right aptitude and attitude to work in a sales-based role then an opportunity could be made available for you. If you are in currently or have previously been in an internal sales-based role then this would be a distinct advantage.

If you have exposure selling to manufacturing and dealing with technical queries as part of a team this will place you head and shoulders towards the top of the shortlist.
