- Description
- We are in need for a fully skilled CNC Turner/ Operator on our nightshift who can confidently program offline (ONE CNC) and use live tooling.
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus bonus.
You will be expected to work the nightshift which operates 4 nights per week, Monday to Thursday, 7.00pm - 5.30am with a half an hour lunch. Overtime available to 6.30am.
Overtime available on Friday night (4pm - 12pm) or on Saturday morning (6am - 12pm)
Key Responsibilities:
* Set, Operate and Program Doosan Puma/Lynx Machines
* Program using Fanuc Controls.
* Checking of components to ensure the parts match the drawings and of an acceptable standard
* Working to ISO 9001 and AS 9100 quality standards
* A good knowledge of tooling specifications and cutting data.
* To be familiar and have experience with offline programming ONE CNC and/or Featurecam essential
* It is imperative that you are able to programme the machine using Fanuc
Machinists with previous experience in F1/Motorsport or Aerospace are desirable.
