- We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and competitive Inbound customer service agent. Our client goes above and beyond to give you the tools you need to thrive in an inbound sales role (no cold calling involved).
The Responsibilities of The Agent
*Source new sales opportunities through inbound including: Incoming calls, web chat and Email
*Understanding the prospects/customer's needs and requirements.
*Achieve monthly, quarterly team Targets / individual targets
*Research accounts identify decision makers and generate interest in our products & services through Lead Forensics/webchat
*Allocate suitable enquires that come through Email.
*General Reception duties / Gate Keeping
*Inputting data onto the system & making sure the details of the account are up to date & correct.
*Gaining results from E- Shots
The Required Experience
*Ability to communicate at all levels.
*Some experience in inbound
(full Telemarketing / inbound training is given initially, & on- going)
*Strong phone presence is vital.
It is essential you will be, motivated, adaptable, courteous & professional, and work well individually and as a member of a small team of 6. You must possess excellent written communication skills, and interpersonal skills and have the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
