Description
Working with a small team you will be responsible for the full commercial management of two projects between the values of £0.5 million and £6 million. Projects are mainly high end residential, colleges or community buildings such as churches.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will have proven experience in high end restoration, conservation and refurbishment and unique "one off" buildings in the Oxfordshire area.

The successful candidate will have a degree or professional qualification accredited by the Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyor (RICS) to be a quantity surveyor - subjects include: surveying/construction/civil engineering/structural engineering along with 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
