- Description
- We're recruiting a Mandarin Speaking Sales Associate to join our client, a luxury Accessories brand, located in a world-famous shopping destination.
You will be the face of the brand, providing a broad clientele with an excellent customer experience, whilst having an in-depth knowledge of handmade products.
Main Duties:
*Provide exceptional customer service across all areas of the business
*Ensure high levels of security are always maintained
*Maintain excellent visual standards in store
*Identify current and future customer requirements
*Support the Managers in the day to day running of the store
*Maintain the reputation of brand
*Be enthusiastic, energetic and confident always
*Maximise sales, achieve sales targets and increase profit
*Constantly develop product knowledge, new lines and promotions
*Carry out repairs, embossing and care of goods
Requirements:
*The ability to communicate in Mandarin and English to an advanced level
*Show an interest in fashion and accessories
*Be proactive and always show initiative
*Responsible and reliable
*Excellent Customer Service and sales skills
*Have a polite manner and high standard of personal presentation
