- Are you seeking a new opportunity within an ever-growing retail environment?
We're recruiting a permanent, full time Stock Associate to join our client, one of the biggest Lifestyle brands in Fashion.
You will support the back of house by packing/unpacking shipments and organising the stock room to assist with the smooth running of the store, other duties will include:
*Accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
*Ensure supporting documentation is accurate
*Carry out weekly inventory reports
*Adhere to all loss prevention policies & procedures
*Maintain store presentation standards
*Ensure a high level of customer service
*Prepare new arrivals
*Assist with answering telephone queries
*Address customer service issues such as, product damages and repairs
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisation skills in order to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills are essential along with a confident telephone manner.
You will have a minimum of 1-2 years of stock related experience in a retail environment and have the physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs. It is important you can be flexible to work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the business.
