- Description
- Currently seeking two full time Customer Service Advisors for my client in the Brackley area. Salary is dependent on skills and experience but expected to be around £18k to £21k per annum. It is essential that you drive due to location on the outskirts of Brackley.
Hours of work are rotating bi weekly, one week 9-6 and the other 8-5 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
We are looking for two self-motivated, enthusiastic people to join a small team - these are variable and interesting roles which includes the following duties:
*Liaising with Customers to arrange deliveries
*High Level Customer Service
*Handling Incoming Calls & Queries
*Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth organisation and running of deliveries and installations
*Preparing and Sending Schedule Reports
*Printing / Checking driver route paperwork
*Accurately recording information onto Database
*General filling in of paperwork and company documentation
Ideally you will come from an office-based role, however if you are highly motivated, possess an excellent telephone manner and have good Microsoft office skills my client could look at the low end of the salary bracket and do on job training to get you up to speed. This could be a perfect way to exit retail and into an office role working Monday to Friday… These are permanent positions.
