Due to internal progression our Haddenham based manufacturing client now has the exciting opportunity for you to join their team as an International Sales Coordinator.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual for a fantastic opportunity as an International Sales Coordinator. We are looking for someone to manage, coordinate all aspects of the product Sales, Customer Service and Export process for the division.

The company is Europe's leading supplier of highly specialist equipment for the construction, rail and utility sectors amongst others, offering a complete range of relevant products within their portfolio.

The client is a growing business with over 150 employees and are passionate about delivering great service and a can-do attitude for a large customer portfolio across the UK, Europe and UAE.

As an International Sales Coordinator you will be responsible to manage and improve Customer support within the sales process.
*To expedite shipments (including worldwide imports/exports, working with Freight Forwarders to ensure timely collection/delivery)
*Support European Sales Manager
*Process orders for specialist products throughout Europe
*Research areas of the market and provide feedback
*Liaise with Dealers across Europe on Sales
*Follow up sales to Dealer and Customers and develop positive, ongoing relationships
*Coordinate Dealer and Customer Training, ensuring effective liaising with all required departments
*Coordinate Customer & Visitor trips, including booking of flights, transport and accommodation
*Supporting Exhibitions where needed
*Ensure effective communication with all those involved in the supply of a new product (Manufacturer; Engineering; Customer; Customs and Excise) to ensure customer needs are met
*Create accurate sales quotations using SAP system
*Ensure product is dispatched with correct paperwork and Decals
*Liaising with Marketing Team on company related work to ensure brochures and material is up to date and accurate
*Manage Aftersales processes including Warranty and Repairs
*Coordinate Dispatch and Transport for Sales
*Manage administration related to the sales process

Person Specification

Experience / Knowledge
Previous experience of similar role
Experience and extensive knowledge of import / export processes - Essential
Experience of seeing a process through from initiation to closure - Essential
Knowledge and experience of Aftersales processes and systems including warranty and repair operations - Essential
Experience of Parts ordering or Parts processes - Essential
Knowledge of SAP - Desirable
Project Management - Desirable

Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, sales reps and dealers at all levels of the business - Essential
Excellent organisation skills - Essential
Ability to develop and implement new ideas - Essential
Demonstrable ability to use initiative to pragmatically solve issues that arise - Essential
Ability to speak languages - Desirable

As an International Sales Coordinator you will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, have 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service) and a matched pension scheme of 4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution.
