This charming converted 18th century manor house with all the Cotswold charm, has now been reimagined and restyled into a chic and modern boutique hotel. With a cosy lounge bar and a delectable menu served in the brasserie you will be responsible for the creation of astounding fare as part of a team framework.

You must be a talented Chef De Partie seeking your next career step or a well-seasoned Sous Chef looking for a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and evolving business.
You will need to have flawless food hygiene standards and organisational ability to better drive food standards within the brigade as the business seeks to continually be upwardly mobile.
Essentially you will be responsible for the planning and directing food preparation within the kitchen. Supervising other team members and keeping an eye out for problems that arise as part of the day. You will help create new recipes/menus, assist with food purchasing and storage and maintain a safe hygienic kitchen environment.
It is essential that you have a flair with ingredients, an ability to stay calm under pressure, have strong leadership qualities and first-rate culinary skills.
