- Equation Recruitment are actively recruiting for an experienced multiple Payroll Assistant to join their Banbury based client.
You will be responsible for managing the timely end to end multiply payrolls for clients on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Sage payroll, MS Excel, HMRC legislation and PAYE matters. Attention to detail is key with the ability to work to strict deadlines. You will need an analytical mind with great problem-solving ability. Experience of managing multiple client payrolls is preferred.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
*Updating and maintaining payroll records
*Liaising with clients and directors on payroll related queries
*Processing of payroll and reports, including P32's, BACS payments and all payroll year end process
*Liaising with clients regarding new starters, leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP, Pension payments and other statutory or company payments
*HM Revenue and Customer RTI submissions
*Pension Auto Enrolment
*P11D's
