- Description
- We are currently looking for a Maternity Cover - Junior Credit Controller until June 2020 to operate from our clients Head Office based in Enfield. You will be intermediate/advanced on Excel - V-lookups, pivot tables Heavy reconciliation based when chasing the customers
This role would be responsible for ledger up to 300 customers, ensuring DSO maintained at an acceptable level and in line with KPI's. Post all payments received to the customer accounts and allocate against the appropriate invoices. Processing new account requests, including preparing credit information, checking insurance is in place and updating the customer and business once opened.
Ideally, you will possess:
Strong administrative skills and able to prioritise work
Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
Good understanding of MS packages such as Outlook Excel (Vlookup) and Word.
Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Confident, professional and outgoing personality
High level of self- motivation and commitment
Ability to work to tight deadlines and specified standards.
