- Description
- We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join a classic, stylish boutique in Bicester Village. You will work a total of 32 hours per week, which will include weekend shifts.
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
*Work as part of an efficient sales team to maximise sales within the store
*Promote the brands quality standards
*Consistently deliver the brand to customers
*Create new and build upon existing customer relationships
*Assist in maintaining the stock room to maximise sales
*Keep up to date with new lines/products
*Maintain store and visual merchandising standards
*Manage the point of sale process
Requirements:
*Strong sales background, experience within luxury retail would be an advantage
*Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
*A good level of written and spoken English
*Good customer service skills
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
