- Description
- We have a fantastic Part Time Customer Service opportunity to work with our Bicester based client.
You will be responsible in maintaining an exceptional level of customer service in all aspects of the role as well as promoting the company's Brand, working 2.5 days per week on Monday 1.30pm - 5pm, Tuesday 9am - 5pm and Thursday 9am - 5pm.
Main Responsibilities
* Respond to all customer enquiries received via telephone, e-mail, Social Media and post
* Provide customers with accurate information and advice across the entire product range
* Record individual customer enquiries on SAP
* Manage customer product replacements, product refunds, mail order and promotions
* Promote products and encourage customers to upgrade to newest technology
* Highlight customer issues to Product Managers and Line Managers ensuring escalation procedure is followed
* Complete specific projects as advised by Line Manager
Professional Experience
* Ideally to have had Customer Service experience
* Excellent written and spoken English
* PC Literate - Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
