- Our client is renowned for their chic and stylish accessories and they are looking for a passionate Sales Assistant to join their high profile, Bicester Village boutique.
You will be driven, proactive and passionate to work in luxury retail. You will show commitment and a genuine interest in fashion.
Responsibilities:
*Achieve personal and group sales goals
*Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships
*Ensure a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge
*Understand, communicate and represent the brand
*Assist in maintaining immaculate store presentation standards
*Ensure all sales and operational policies are followed
Requirements:
*A minimum of 1 years' experience in luxury retail
*Strong selling and customer relations experience
*Multilingual skills are an advantage
*Flexibility to work varied shifts due to the nature of the business
In addition to the basic salary, you will be given excellent staff discount and be rewarded upon achieving store targets.
