Our successful client in Newbury is seeking a Sales Manager to manage their Womenswear department including wholesale and concessions.
As a Sales Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
*Achieve financial objectives and KPI's across the department
*Drive sales and footfall
*Demonstrate and establish the highest level of customer service
*Manage all aspects of staff development
*Visual merchandising and displays
*Manage department operations
We are looking for someone that has experience working with Women's Fashion at Store Manager level.
As a Sales Manager, you will possess strong leadership skills, be commercially aware and be able to demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets.
