- Due to expansion within their business our Bicester based client are now seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Main Duties and responsibilities include:
Sales ledger: Checking sales invoices against customer purchase orders, raising sales invoices on Sage, issuing to customers, credit control, chasing debtors, resolving queries, sending out statements and ensuring the timely collection of customer sales receipts
Purchase ledger: Obtaining authorisation for purchase invoices, staff expenses and credit cards, matching with purchase requisitions, orders and goods received notes, coding and entering the invoices to Sage, supplier statement matching, regular supplier payment runs, invoice scanning and various document filing
Bank accounts reconciliations, assess and process bank payment runs for suppliers, enter bank payments and exchange rates to Sage and allocate purchase invoice costs and matched bank payments
