- Due to expansion and growth within their business, our Brackley based client is now seeking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their team.
This is a new and exciting position with the business, and you will be supporting a national sales team with end to end administrative support from enquiry to quotation. Also involve you attending sits visits on occasion with the sales managers.
You will need to have enthusiasm, excellent organisational skills and the ability to be a team-player. Being at the organisational hub for the customer and this Company's event-sales department, you will be pivotal in:
*Co-ordinating project proposals
*Liaising with customers
*Integrating with the sales teams in other overseas business units
*Supporting the field sales team.
This is a broad and exciting role, working for a global brand with a real opportunity to make a difference. It will suit a confident, organised and ambitious person who thrives on being the customer's champion as well as the conduit for all the relevant internal and external parties. These external communications include liaising with contractors, venues and designers on a regular basis.
Key Accountabilities:
*Supporting the field Sales team
*First point of contact for Customers
*Act as the organisational hub; managing the project requirements for the sales force
*Production of quotations & tender response documents
*Project administration
