Due to relocation our logistics client is looking for well organised Customer Service Administrators to join their expanding team ideally on a full-time basis although part time could be considered for the right candidate.
The main duties of this role will be :-
*Managing daily enquires from both clients and drivers and resolve issues
*Delivering excellent customer service to the client base
*Communicate with customers and delivery points to arrange and schedule deliveries / collections
*Booking in delivery's and jobs on the company's inhouse system (training provided)
*Carry out day to day office administration
*Handling of logistics documentation
*Build and maintain good relationships, both internal and external
Skills and experience
*Previous customer service administration experience (within logistics advantageous but not essential)
*You will be able to manage your own workload, working as a team and independently
*Be a strong communicator both written and verbal
*Have good attention to detail
*Be motivated with a positive and professional attitude to embrace the new challenges of a growing company
*Conversant with MS Office packages Word, Outlook, Excel
