- Company relocating to Bicester, seek Warehouse Operatives, preferably with VNA/ Counterbalance Forklift licences on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an already established business, from the very beginning of their operation from their new Bicester based depot. You will be part of an almost brand-new team and grow with the company. This means that progression opportunities will be up for grabs, if you prove yourself as a valued member of staff.
There are a mixture of shifts available, early shift, days and night shifts will be available. (Permanent members of staff receive a £5 shift bonus when working lates and £10 per shift for nights).
Main responsibilities of the role:
*Offloading pallets/ goods
*Handling both goods in and goods out procedures
*Consolidating stock
*Picking orders
*Wrapping pallets
*(Warehouse management system will be being introduced, experience using something similar/ using handheld scanners would be preferable).
*Maintaining food quality and legal standards in accordance with BRC storage and distribution
*Forklift driving, Counterbalance/ VNA
*Using other lifting equipment such as pump trucks
*Lifting weights of up to 25Kg
Annual salary: £18,000- £21,000 depending on experience (37.5 hours per week)
The company are looking to begin interviews next week, from the 13th January 2020. These will take place at the Equation Recruitment office .
