- Due to continued expansion within their organisation, our leading law firm client is seeking to recruit a Receptionist / Front of House Assistant to join their team. Working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm
Essentially you will have current/previous experience working in a front of house, reception or a client facing role; possess a professional demeanour and excellent communication and computer skills.
Your role responsibility will include meticulous attention to detail, meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments (including ordering / laying-out of lunches), clearing rooms and conducting quality checks. Kitchen / host duties will also be necessary in addition to a requirement to carry out a variety of administrative tasks to support the Business Services team.
You must be confident, smart and efficient. Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and be able to use your initiative, as well as the ability to work within a team. Flexibility in the job and working hours will be expected, however the core hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm. It is essential that you are computer literate and have a basic knowledge of Outlook and Word.
