Description
We are looking for a Sales Consultant on behalf of a home accessories retailer based in Chelsea.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career with a successful high-end brand.

Your duties and responsibilities:

*First point of contact for UK and international trade clients
*Support trade customers with their purchases and deliveries
*Maintain and develop relationships to drive sales
*Business development for trade clients
*Manage and respond to internal and external calls and emails
*Reconcile orders on an internal CRM software
*Manage orders, stock enquiries, deliveries, transfers, collections, quotes
*Provide a professional and friendly service

Requirements:
*A minimum of 2 years business development experience
*Ideally have experience managing trade customers/B2B
*A keen interest in home accessories and high-end retail
*Creative selling skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly organised with excellent time management skills
*Proficient in MS office, ideally have experience using stock ordering systems
