Description
Due to exciting growth and expansion within their organisation, our Oxford based client is seeking to recruit a Key Account and Business Development professional into their team.

You will be managing, building, and developing the business to business customer relationships with the focus on maximising sales revenue generation of their various product ranges. This will form 50% of the work.

Additional to warm relationship building you will be using the in-house systems to profile contact and generate new business opportunities (Business to business) and then manage the relationships to maximise sales exposure.

This role carries a realistic uncapped OTE of £30,000 per annum and a lower base salary of up to around £18,000 per annum.

The working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break - 35 hours per week.
