- Due to exciting growth and development within their organisation, our client located in Littlemore, Oxford are now seeking to recruit a new Sales Manager into their team.
This role is full time hours Monday to Friday, working for a distributor of products to various stores/outlets for professional and consumer usage.
The base salary for this role is £25,000 per annum with upwards of £20,000 performance related bonus (uncapped) within the role. Your first years OTE is £45,000 per annum.
I believe this to be a fantastic opportunity to take an already successful small business that has the substantial potential to explode in growth under the right sales direction.
The main duties and responsibilities of this position are:
*Maintain and increase sales of company products.
*Successfully manage, motivate & performance monitor sales team (agents etc)
*Grow existing sales base and develop new business to maximise revenue & profits.
*Set product pricing, dealing marketing strategies and create action plans to ensure implementation & achievement.
*Identify new market opportunities and monitor product changes while being aware of new products and competition.
*Dealing with key accounts personally.
Requirements:
*Successfully previous sales manager experience.
*Good communication & influencer.
*Proven ability to drive sales revenues.
*Strong Business & Commercial sense.
