- Due to continued growth, expansion and recent relocation to Warrington, our client who are specialist distributors of electrical enclosures and control gear are seeking to recruit two new Internal Sales Advisors into the organisation.
You will be joining an independently owned and run business that continues to go from strength to strength. This is a company that has integrity and works hard to appropriately reward the team with a view to longer term career success within the organisation.
The role of Internal Sales Advisor is to deal with technical sales enquiries, stock enquiries, provide quotations and resolve any queries to convert quotes into orders. At this stage it is essential that you have knowledge and/or experience of electrical control gear or previously wired control panels to give you the required knowledge to consultatively answer technical product queries.
In the main part the duties will be:
*Customer sales enquiries via email/telephone and assisting with the provision of appropriate sales solutions (guided by technical teams where required)
*Generate sales quotations
*Convert sales quotes into orders and enter these onto the in-house system
Whilst this is providing sales solutions to existing/reacting to new sales queries, it would be an advantage if you are experienced in generating new business
