- Description
- Experienced Warehouse Operative required for an ever expanding, successful organisation based in Haddenham, on a permanent basis.
I am looking for an individual with a strong background in warehousing operations, responsible for the safe movement and allocation of bulk items.
Responsibilities of the role:
*Working in goods-in and goods-out
*Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring equipment is safely and securely fastened
*Checking returned equipment for damage
*Recording any missing or damaged items
*Dispatch procedures
*Depot transfers
*Administration duties i.e. inputting information into SAP/ CRM
*Liaising with the sales team regarding hires
*Marshalling Vehicles around the yard
*Any other workshop duties as deemed necessary
Desirable/ essential skills:
*Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Ideal but not essential)
*Experience using computerised warehouse software
*Driving licence
*Customer service skills
*Excellent written and spoken English
*Slinger/ Signaller qualification is a huge advantage but not essential
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday. 8.00am - 5.30pm (30 min lunch x2 15 min breaks).
Company benefits:
22 Holidays per annum plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Length of Service)
4% contribution match.
Salary:
£20,000- £26,000
(Salary is dependent on experience and whether candidates hold all relevant licenses).
