Description
Our Client is a fast-growing clean tech company that sells smart cloud connected hot water tanks through a range of direct and indirect sales channels. As an internal technical sales exec your role is to ensure that their installer and consumer channels are served effectively, with a growth and customer service mindset you will be:
1)Fronting our internal sales efforts for consumers and installers.
2)Ensuring high quality and accurate quotes are turned around quickly and diligently, responding to inbound sales enquiries.
3)Working hard to proactively recruit new installers (plumbing and renewables companies) to join the companies national installer network.
4)Undertake training with and support the onboarding of new installers.
5)Account manage the installer network to ensure high levels of engagement.
6)Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities with the installer network.
7)Offer class leading customer service at each customer interaction.
8)Provide technical support to the installers and customers should they call us with questions and are in need of technical support.
9)Proactively close out technical cases and follow up with customers to ensure they are completely satisfied.
10)Driving high-levels of customer engagement and develop valued relationships.
11)Working as part of the close-knit customer fulfilment and sales team.
12)Delivering high quality work output.
13)Offer high quality communications both internally and externally. Using the CRM system diligently (salesforce.com).
14)Managing time effectively.
How is success measured?
1)Successful growth of the installer base and sales orders.
2)Building and managing a clean pipeline of sales quotes on the CRM system salesforce.com.
3)Diligently follow up existing and new sales leads and close out appropriately.
4)Carefully manage customer expectations (price/lead-time etc.).
5)Converting contractor/installer enquiries into 'approved installers' - sell them the benefits of becoming an installation partner and grow this national network.
6)Ensuring technical cases are logged on salesforce.com and closed out as fast as possible.
7)Ensuring that the business has a minimum score of 4.5 stars (out of 5) on google reviews and trust pilot.
Must haves:

-Ability to quickly and deeply understand technical products.
-Have an inquisitive mindset and willingness to learn.
-Experience in managing varied & sometimes complex workload.
-Ability to manage disputes and challenges with poise.
-3+ years sales experience.
-Microsoft office suite experience (Word/Excel/PPT).
-CRM (salesforce.com) and sales cycle understanding.
