- Description
- Our client is at the forefront of their industry and has an immediate requirement for Funeral Service Operatives to cover the Southern Region on a permanent basis.
Your main duties will include:
*Drive company vehicles to collect and transfer the deceased from a range of locations throughout the Southern Region
*To provide reassurance to families along with a calm and professional approach
*Prepare, coordinate, and monitor funeral service operations
*Ensure paperwork and CRM data is completed on time, with accuracy
*Efficiently and effectively manage client correspondence
*Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the facilities
*Develop and maintain good working relationships with all service providers
Requirements:
*A full UK Manual Driving Licence
*A Minimum of 2 years' Funeral Service experience
*Efficient level of IT Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Able to perform manual tasks such as lifting
Candidate Profile:

*React calmly, respectively and compassionately
*Excellent client service and communication skills
*Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
*Organised and can work with accuracy
Job Type: Full Time, 45 hours a week, some days will be busier than others
