- Equation Recruitment have a new Sales Advisor opportunity in Bicester.
You will be responsible for promoting contracts and purchases within the communication / telecoms / utility sector.
Key Responsibilities:
*Calling business and home customers
*Be the first point of contact for prospects
*Selling products to new or existing customers
*Accurately logging and maintaining customer records
*Following up customer enquiries
*Build and maintain relationships with customers
*Identify and resolve customer needs
*Ensure your product knowledge is continuously up to date
*Achieve and exceed personal and business KPI's
Requirements:
*A minimum of 2 years Sales Advisor / Service Advisor experience
*Telecoms / mobile communications experience is beneficial but not essential
*Familiar with CRM systems
*Excellent IT skills
*Fluency in any European language is beneficial
Candidate Profile:
*Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
*Professional telephone manner and call handling skills
*Active listening skills
*Customer focused and able to adapt to different situations
*A passion for sales
*Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively

Holiday: 22 days holiday + 1 day birthday leave
Location: Temporary remote working is available due to Covid restrictions
