- My client are a global leader in their industry, part of a larger group of companies who specialise in the manufacture electronics.
The company situated in Bicester are expanding their workforce, and as such, require a Production Technician to join the company on a permanent basis.
You will work as part of a team, manufacturing devices within the assembly department, responsible for diagnostics, casing and finishing of the latest advancements in the industries technology.
Main duties/ responsibilities
*Fault diagnosis, using fault finding software
*Trimming, bevelling and shaping
*Paint application/ spray coating devices to a high standard
*Remaking/ modifications of existing devices
*Carrying out repairs
*Wiring
*Component replacement
*Testing
*Structural finishing
*Quality checking
*Supporting new product launches, involving cutting edge technology
*You will be required to have good IT literacy and be proficient with Microsoft Office
*Good written and verbal skills
*An excellent level of dexterity due to the size of the components
Salary is dependent on experience.
Company Benefits: The company contribute 5% of basic pay to pensions. 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays . Life insurance up to four times of basic pay.

The role offers 42 hours per week. Production hours are 7:30am- 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 4:00 pm on Friday.
Interviews consist of two stages. The first stage will be a video call. The second stage will be a face to face meeting on site, involving a short practical exercise.
