- Worldwide, growing distribution company based in Worminghall, very close to Thame, are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join them on a permanent basis.
Please bear in mind that due to the rural location of the business, it is important that you have access to your own transport.

Working days are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £19,000 per annum. (Increasing over time, based on your individual development plan, up to £22,000 per annum).
Essential criteria required (Please read before applying)
*All potential candidates will be subject to a 5-year work/ education check, you must be able to provide reference details for past employers. Any gaps in employment greater than 28 days will require an explanation.
*A DBS (Was CRB) security check will need to be completed and passed if successful in interview. The company will reimburse costs.
Main duties/ responsibilities:
*Manual handling (lifting and stacking bags and boxes
*Machine loading
*Operating various pieces of warehouse material handling equipment.
*Completing all paperwork neatly and correctly.
*Maintain a positive work attitude by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes co-operation with your colleagues.
*Co-operating with your team/ fellow employees and management.
*Performing other duties as required by management to meet the customers and business needs.
*Maintaining and cleaning work areas to keep them safe and tidy
Essential criteria for the role:
*Ability to lift up to 17 kilograms repetitively
*Stamina/endurance to perform physical tasks
*Flexibility in terms of working hours
*Proficient in Microsoft Office. Various software packages are used to perform day to day tasks. Full training will be given, however, if you have experience using software packages, this is an advantage.
Working days are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Hours can be flexible.
