Salary: £20,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours p/w).
Equation Recruitment are looking for an experienced administrator to join our clients talented and ever-growing team. If you are ready for a new career challenge or a change in direction, then read on!
Your main responsibilities:
*Co-ordination of deliveries with clients.
*Assisting with queries or issues.
*Communicating with customers to update them on time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes to the estimated time of arrival.
*Deal efficiently and effectively with all telephone calls.
*Updating the CRM system with delivery details and clients' details.
*Ensuring all complaints are dealt with appropriately in accordance with procedure.
*Support staff in achieving KPI's.
What you need:
Good IT skills are essential as you will need to input data into the CRM system and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent client service skills must be consistently demonstrated, and work must be accurate. You will need to be organised, able to work under pressure, under minimal supervision and be trustworthy and honest. Good communications skills are essential as you will need to adapt and tailor communication to the recipient/client.
Additionally, due to the position being home based, you will need suitable hardware and a quiet work area that is free from distractions.
