- Description
- We are looking for a Night Porter on behalf of a busy, family run hotel, based on the outskirts of Oxford City Centre.
The night shift will run 22:45 - 07:15 and will be rotated fortnightly, week one 4 nights and week two 3 nights. The hotel can be accessed using local bus routes.
You will be entitled to free onsite parking, 28 days annual leave, uniform, and meals of shift.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties, ensuring customers have a fantastic overnight experience, some of your duties will include:
*Overseeing the hotel facilities over night
*Reception duties and answering reservation enquiries
*Preparing and delivering room service orders
*Ensuring guest areas are clean and tidy at all times
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar position and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
