- Urgently seeking Customer Service Advisors - full time and part time hours available
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Flexible - Full time and Part Time
Contract: Temporary, 3-4 weeks (potential for ongoing work)
Hourly Rate: £10.50 - £10.75 p/h
Location: Office based, Bicester
Equation Recruitment urgently seek Customer Service Advisors to work on our client's campaign for a minimum of 3 weeks.
You will be making outbound calls to existing SME customers to book them an appointment with a representative, that's right…no cold calling! Your duties will include:
*Outbound calls to existing customers
*Appointment booking
*Updating the companies booking portal / CRM system
*Working towards hourly/daily KPI's
The ideal candidate will have some experience making outbound calls in a target driven environment.
