Role:
This role is customer facing and will suit a confident individual with a keen interest in developing a career in technology, telecommunications, cloud computing or service delivery.
On a day to day basis, you will:
· Be the 1st point of contact for incidents and service requests, ensuring all tickets are logged correctly.
· Resolve 1st & 2nd line queries or faults, providing support for traditional telephone lines (WLR), hosted telephony, broadband connections, leased lines and mobiles.
· Work closely with our partners, their customers and IT team to troubleshoot and resolve queries and faults
Person specification:
· Support desk experience in a similar position
· Experience of working within telecoms (desirable)
· Ability to resolve complex issues in an efficient and timely manner
· A love of technology
· Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting skills
