- Graduate Process Team Leader
You will grow and develop to eventually support the Production Manager in the efficient running of the process department. You will work alongside two other Process Operatives carrying out the physical job itself, before growing into more of a leadership role and becoming the first point of contact for your team members.
Hours of Work: Mon to Fri: 08:00- 16:30
Salary and Benefits: Circa £23,000 per annum, dependant on skills and experience

Innovative, market leader of advanced technology, based in Bicester seek to employ a Graduate Process Team Leader to work alongside the current small team of Production/ Processing Operatives. As a team, you will be responsible for prolonging the life span of critical parts that operate in extreme environments.
The coating process is carried out within a chemical coating plant, which operates under vacuum. It is up to the Coating Technicians to maintain, load and control reactors to produce parts reliably to specification, as well as preventative maintenance and upkeep of the machines to meet growing production demands.
Required skills/ qualifications:
*Educated to Degree level in Science/Engineering or a relatable field is essential
*Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
*Health & Safety knowledge regarding hazardous materials
*The drive and ability to lead a small team once you are familiar with the process role itself
*Experience leading a team or a project
Please note that applicants are not expected to be versed in all aspects of our process and a formal training plan will be developed to progress the right candidate to fully integrate into the role.
Main responsibilities of the role (After training):
*Preventative and routine maintenance
*Ensure safe working practices and compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures
*Validation checks on process output
*Be actively involved in the coating process and supervise the operation of all coating department equipment
*Manage the loading and running of the department equipment
*Ensure the department operates to the Company's manufacturing processes and procedures
*Ensure that the coatings team are up to date with their training / maintaining of training
*Encourage a continuous improvement philosophy throughout the department
*Responsible for stock control of spares and scheduled maintenance of calibrated equipment
*Be the main point of contact for coating process with other departments through the business
