- Description
- Bicester based organisation are looking to recruit an individual to act as Parts Controller/ Advisor on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for looking after stock that enters the warehouse, overseeing its safe storage and organisation.
*Using courier online systems to ship packages
*Picking parts as per requirements
*Packing and labelling items
*Scanning in new parts
*Allocating new stock to locations across 2 mezzanines in aisles
*Goods in
*Unpack incoming parts deliveries
*Inspecting builds, checking for faults/ defects
*Reporting any quality issues to your line manager
*Manually putting stock in its rightful place within the warehouse,
*Understand and comply with business rules (compliance documents)
*Raise orders on the system using the internal company software Opera Oracle
*Answer incoming calls from the dealership network
*Assist dealers with technical queries
*Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to our Health and Safety policy
Working days/ hours:
37.5 hours per week, 09:00- 17:30 Monday to Friday
Two 15-minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch (Overtime available)
