Job Title: Business Support Manager
Salary: £29,250 - £34,125 per annum DOE
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Location: Banbury
Are you an experienced Business Support Manager looking for the next step in your career? Equation Recruitment are currently looking for someone who has strong leadership characteristics and can effectively manage communications and complaints. If you feel this could be you, read on!
Main Responsibilities:
*Be the first point of contact for complaints, concerns, or feedback.
*Provide a complaints case management service.
*Deal with any issues raised by staff.
*Manage investigations and draft responses for complaints.
*Guide complaints through the formal complaint's procedures.
*Participate in the training or induction of staff.
*Identify issues that require escalation.
*Provide information and advice regarding the formal complaint's procedure, and where appropriate, assist people to make complaints.
*Communicate with staff at all levels within the organisation to maintain and build relationships.
*Review and assess each complaint and make a judgement about the nature of each complaint. E.g. routine, complex, highly contentious and help determine the most appropriate way to manage the complaint.
*Arrange face to face meetings with complainants and their advocates where necessary, involving management/ other staff members as appropriate.
*Oversee and support Health and Safety Manager in the delivery of their role.
*Assist with Health and Safety audit and reporting for all sites.
*Liaise with cleaners to endure their duties are being carried out to the agreed standards.
*Report any issues to landlords.
What you need:
*4 GCSE's (or equivalent) including English at Grade C or above.
*Ability to comprehend complex information sufficient to give support and advice.
*Detailed working knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR.
*Experience with Staff Management.
*Great communication skills.
*Ability to listen to problems and handle them appropriately.
*IT Skills.
*Experience working within the NHS or Primary Care is desirable.
