Key Responsibilities:

Financial Recordkeeping – Maintain accurate accounts payable & receivable records
Bank Reconciliation – Perform complex reconciliations & resolve discrepancies
Accounts Payable – Verify, code & process invoices, liaising with insurers/partners
Accounts Receivable & Credit Control – Generate invoices, track payments & chase overdue accounts
Premium Finance – Process instalments & assist clients with finance-related queries
Quality Assurance – Conduct checks to maintain financial accuracy & compliance

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Essential:

• Strong experience in credit control & reconciliations
• Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, & organisational skills
• Ethical, proactive, and committed to high financial standards

✔ Desirable:

• Experience in insurance or financial services
• Familiarity with premium finance processes
• Ability to work both independently & as a team.
