Your Role as Property Manager;

You’ll be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenancies run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing residential lettings and tenancy issues
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance
• Handling check-ins, quarterly inspections, and check-outs
• Keeping landlords and tenants informed and satisfied
• Recommending upgrades and overseeing refurbishments
• Ensuring accurate records on the CRM system and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking for in the Property Manager

• 1+ year of property management experience ( private residential lettings)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence dealing with tenants, contractors, and landlords
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Full UK driving licence required
