We're looking for multiple SEN Tutors to join this growing, supportive team. You'll work with small groups (up to 8 learners), tailoring sessions to help each individual progress personally and academically. If you have experience or interest in vocational learning, creative lesson planning, and inclusive teaching, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real difference.

- Benefits: Pension, healthcare, gym, free parking
Your day-to-day might include:
- Delivering Entry Level to Level 2 qualifications in a practical, supportive style

- Managing learner progress, behaviour and wellbeing
- Working with learners on the Vocational or Rapper Pathways
- Participating in CPD and team planning
We're keen to hear from people who are:
- Qualified at Level 3 or above in education (AET or similar)
- Experienced or empathetic toward learners with Autism, ADHD, or SEN
- Adaptable, calm, and positive with strong communication skills
- Drivers (preferred) or able to reach Heathrow T5 for minibus pick-up
Bonus points if you also bring:
- Experience in vocational sectors like horticulture, catering, retail, trades
- Confidence in managing behaviours and engaging reluctant learners
- A background in practical learning or youth/community work
- Personal experience of SEN (e.g., carer, parent, or neurodivergent yourself)
