Business Development Manager - Marine Sector

Our client is searching for a driven and proactive Business Development Manager to expand their marine business across the continent.

Applicants from the Marine or Construction sector are required for this role

What you’ll do as the Business Development Manager:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow our marine business in shipyards, yacht builders, naval contractors and offshore facilities across Europe.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors and strategic partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and tailor our protection solutions to marine-specific needs.
• Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and site visits across Europe.
• Bring market intelligence back to senior leadership to help steer our next moves.

What you bring as Business Development Manager:

• 5+ years of successful sales and business development experience.
• A willingness (and excitement) to travel extensively across Europe.
• Strong commercial skills , from contract negotiation to pricing strategy.
• Fluent English (additional European languages like Italian, Dutch, Spanish or Croatian are a big plus).
• Marine industry experience? Great. If not, your passion to learn is what matters.
