The Role
They’re looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and deliver dishes to the highest standard, maintaining consistency, creativity, and quality across the menu.
Key Responsibilities of the Chef De Partie;
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to company standards
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness practices
- Support menu development and contribute ideas for specials and seasonal dishes
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Help train and support junior kitchen staff
- Ensure smooth communication and teamwork across the kitchen

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
