Production Operative

£13.54 per hour

Our Bicester-based client is seeking motivated Production Operatives to join their fast-paced production environment on a Temp-to-Perm basis. This is a hands-on role within a dynamic team, ideal for candidates who enjoy a structured routine and being part of a high-performing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in both hot and cold production environments.
• Wearing full PPE provided for hygiene and safety.
• Mixing large containers of sauce accurately.
• Measuring ingredients according to recipes.
• Assisting with packaging and ensuring quality standards are met.
