- Description
- My client seeks a Senior Project Manager to fully manage large commercial projects valued between 8 and 20 Million pounds.
The company itself is based in Oxfordshire, however, you will be required to travel up to 1 hour and 15 minutes from this location. Areas include Banbury, Aylesbury and Bristol, as they have picked up a few contracts in the area recently. Projects can include, Schools, Colleges and Care homes. Experience working on all types of these builds is a great advantage. This is very much a standalone role. You will be expected to manage full project delivery from start to finish with very little support from Contract Managers. The ideal candidate will need to be fully experienced in managing projects single handily.
The core working hours are 8am- 5pm and there are 24 days' holiday+ bank holidays included.
