- Description
- We are looking for a part-time stores person/stock controller to provide logistical and operational support for the delivery of promotional events for the leading automotive brands across the UK.
This position will be assisting the Stores Manager in the day to day running of the promotional store for leading automotive brands in the UK.
Your duties will include:
Maintaining systems to ensure a smooth running of the store and stock levels
Picking and packing from load lists to then be dispatched by the courier
Goods in and out duties
Managing courier delivery and collections
Liaising with the Account Management team in regard to the despatching and return of client stock
Collecting post and supplies from local supermarkets/post offices
Qualifications and experience:
You will ideally have experience driving a forklift and have a forklift license, although this is not essential.
Experience in establishing and maintaining working relationships
Prior stock control experience
Competent on Microsoft Office packages, word/excel
Personal profile:
Excellent communications skills
Able to act professionally at all times whilst also promoting teamwork and taking pride in all tasks performed
You MUST have a UK driving license and own vehicle to be considered for this role.
This position will require working 3 or 4 days per week between the hours of 10am and 4pm, paying £10p/h on a permanent basis.
