- Description
- We are recruiting a Technical Advisor for our client based in Long Crendon, Aylesbury.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to assist with, and advise on, new hire enquires.
Your day to day tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical assistance to customers
* Raising quotes on the system and following these up
* Converting purchase orders as they come in and ensuring the equipment required is available
* Dealing with and monitoring any customer issues related to hires
* Arranging customer surveys
* Liaising with other departments when necessary
Essential knowledge and skills required:
* Great interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confident in making outbound calls (not phone shy!)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Customer Service skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Training will be given on internal systems.
This position is paying circa £20,000 - 25,000p/a
