Description
Our client based in Oxford thrives on delivering excellent customer service to local businesses and is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy office team.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for processing requests, orders and enquires, therefore good communication skills are essential. You must be a good time keeper when working to deadlines to ensure processes are dealt with in a timely manner.

You will be required to have good IT skills and be a team player when working towards business goals.

Responsibilities of the role include:

*Taking calls from customers
*Process orders
*Dealing with paperwork requests
*Credit requests
*Dealing with product enquires
*Produce operational paperwork
*Supplier order processing
*Updating systems
*Data entry
*Working to deadlines
*Passing messages to Sales Account Manager/Operational Management
