- IT Services Co-ordinator
Main purpose of role:
Overall responsibility of for all IT and telephony systems, including managing outsourced resources
Main responsibilities/ Tasks:
1. Provision, maintenance and development of IT systems
2. Ensuring that systems and software, and their use, meet legal requirements
3. Provision and maintenance of internal network
4. Provision and maintenance of external work and GmbH links
5. Hardware procurement support and maintenance
6. Telephony including mobile and web conferencing
7. Management of and liaison with external support agencies and developers
8. Systems back ups
9. Set up and logging of new equipment
10. Induction of new employees
11. Antivirus and spam
12. Day to day support and logging of support requests
13. Systems aspects of disaster recovery plan - updating as required
Key Skills:
Experience in working with and maintaining IT systems.
Knowledge of: SAP, Microsoft exchange, SQL Server (Microsoft), Server 2003 (Microsoft), CISCO Router, VPNs (Virtual Private Networks)
