Description
Our Witney based client are looking for a Showroom Co-ordinator to join their vibrant team within the bespoke windows and doors industry.

This position will be Full time 37.5 hours (9am to 5pm - 30 minutes lunch) Monday to Saturday with 1 day off in the week as well. Due to the location - own transport is essential

Typical Duties:

Maintain excellent standards of customer communication, ensuring customers are kept fully informed about the progress of their quotes, orders and contracts through to completed installation:
*Telephone
*Face to Face
*Written

*Assist with contract management of all contracts assigned to the Showroom
*Arranging Salesman appointments, survey appointments, Fitting date
*Take financial payments from customer - Deposit, Stage Payment, Final Payment - following the correct procedures and complying with all customer data protection requirements.
*Manage brochure requests and next action leads.
*Working with the designated Sales people, maximize order intake and high-quality hand over to the Operations team:
*Booking customer appointments
*Providing inspiration and reassurance throughout the customer journey
*Ensuring customers have made and are happy with all their bespoke order choices before the order is handed onto the Operations team
*Ensuring all sales to survey documentation and photographs have been provided by the Sales Person

Skills & Aptitudes:

*Ability to work with little or no supervision.
*Customer focused
*Smart, professional and personable
*Confident in dealing credibly with clients face-to-face and by telephone
*Commercially aware with strong sales ability.
*Self-organised and able to work under own initiative
*Advanced communication, interpersonal, presentation and organisational skills.
*Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
*A good team player capable of delivering excellent results under pressure and to strict deadlines.
*Flexibility/adaptability to solve problems as and when they arise with short notice.

Ideally you will have had sales experience - not necessarily within this industry as full training will be given. If you have experience working within the window and door industry this would be a bonus.
